Although not under the best of circumstances, we were fortunate enough to spend all last week with family in Michigan. It was great to let the grandparents spend some time with the kids. TJ (Thomas Joseph) and my dad (Thomas Alan) have a natural connection. TJ spent most of the week showing Grandpa Lindbergh his various tricks and trying to make grandpa laugh. When my dad would go into his office to get some work done, TJ would follow, even if it was just to play cars quietly on the carpet while grandpa worked on the computer. Grandpa's dog Hoover was even a little jealous of their connection. When we pulled into the drive way of our house last night, TJ started crying "noooooooooooo" and asking for Grandpa Lindbergh. Looks like we named him after the right person!
